While working in London at Nvizible, I had the privilege of collaborating with creative director Chris Lunney designing and animating the in-screen motion graphics sequences for Jason Bourne, directed by Paul Greengrass. This project required building an extensive range of functional yet cinematic interfaces that played a crucial role in supporting the film’s fast-paced narrative.

The work involved creating everything from global tracking systems and radar screens to detailed CIA dossier interfaces and sequences of desktop manipulation that visualized hacking and data extraction. Each screen was carefully crafted to feel authentic and believable while also delivering the visual energy needed for a Hollywood action film.

Across the production, we developed over a hundred unique shots, collaborating with the VFX team to integrate these assets seamlessly into the live-action footage. Interfaces were designed to be clear enough to follow at a glance, yet visually rich to reflect the high-tech environment of intelligence agencies and covert operations.

This project was both very rewarding and challenging, balancing realism, creativity, cinematic style and major Hollywood production constraints. Every screen had to communicate complex information quickly, heightening tension while remaining visually engaging. The end result contributed to the film’s distinctive atmosphere of surveillance, control, and high-stakes espionage.

Working on Jason Bourne was a milestone experience that allowed me to merge design, motion, and storytelling on a major production, a dream of mine. It not only gave me the opportunity to push my technical and creative skills in a high-pressure environment, but also showed me the importance of collaboration within a large VFX pipeline. Being part of such a globally recognized franchise was incredibly motivating, and the experience continues to inspire the way I approach complex projects today.
